Description
Vintage Collins & Co. Legitimus Machete measuring 23.5″ overall with a blade length of 18″. Gray/silver age patina, Tight handle with no cracks, one side not showing a rivet head, but tight. Shows age overall age patina, wear, use, scratches, and some scabbard damage as mentioned below. The blade edge shows some nicks/dings, Ricasso stamped, “LEGITIMUS COLLINS&CO. U.S.” Comes with hard green scabbard marked, “US 1963 VICTORY”, Left side of scabbard nearer to top has slices cut into it. Another by the right side 6″ from the point.
